All items are ready to ship. Packaging and processing times for orders are between 5-7 business days. Pretty Little Clay Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after your order has been dropped off at the Post Office.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. I do not accept any returns unless your earrings have arrived damaged. If this happens, please email Pretty Little Clay Co. within 3 business days.

Earring Care

Your earrings are made of polymer clay. Although sturdy, they are breakable. Do not bend and avoid getting them wet. Keep earrings in a cool, dry place. If your earrings have brass pieces that begin to tarnish over time you can clean them using Brasso.
